Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Szydlowski, with their daughter Mary Jo, 2, and son Steven, 4, displayed the "welcome home" sign neighbors placed on their door. Jerome Szydlowski, a Milwaukee man who received a kidney from his brother in a transplant operation April 24, has arrived home from Boston. Monday he reported he felt fine. Szydlowski, 34, of 3300 S. 65th st., said he was planning to return to work at the Maynard Steel Casting Co., 2856 S. 27th st., next week. Szydlowski was released from Massachusetts General hospital.
