At Historic Images, we want you to be completely satisfied with your archival prints and vintage decor. If your order doesn't perfectly capture the moment you were looking for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully place the item back in its original protective sleeve and rigid cardboard mailer to ensure the historical print remains flat and undamaged during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our archivists receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
