As he worked at the easel, Richard Walker, 4, of 1644 North Mayflower seemed oblivious of his audience Thursday at the Rose S. Aarons Child Care center. Attending an open house at the new facility were (from left) Charles W. Bates, 2158 North 69th Street, Wauwatosa, former director of Child Care Centers, Inc.; Mrs. Charles W. Stone, 3036 North Marietta avenue, and Mrs. David Herman, 2607 North Wahl avenue, president of the center. The center moved earlier this month from the Hillside housing project to larger quarters at 1901 North 6th Street in the Lapham Park project, nearly doubling its enrollment to 60 children.
