The Story
Gigantic model of Pershing statue takes up nearly half of de Weldon's studio. Busy sculptor occupies two studio buildings adjacent to each other. Bronze casting of statue will be done in sections in New York foundry, then shipped to Paris, where it will be assembled and erected near the Arc de Triomphe. Work was commissioned by Veterans of Foreign Wars.
