Mrs. Dianne Isnashev cuddles her Siberian cat, Bozhe Moj, after returning Thursday to Chicago from the Soviet Union. She has returned to the United States to help fight for permission for her Russian husband, Sergel, to join her in the U.S. They met while she was working in Moscow as a translator two years ago, and she said they married only after months of harassment, which continued even after their marriage.
