From left are: Gaetano de Martine, former Italian foreign minister; Jules Moch, former French interior minister; Frederick J. Eaton, New York lawyer named by President Eisenhower for the Geneva talks; Lieutenant General E.L.M. Burns of Canada, and David Ormsby-Gere, British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
