Wildlife, Fisheries Commission - H. Clay Wright, Jimmy Thompson. H. Clay Wright (left), mayor of Evergreen, and Jimmy Thompson of Alexandria were seated Tuesday as new members of the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission at a meeting of the group at headquarters, 400 Royal st. Two new members of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission took their posts Tuesday at the commission's regular monthly meeting. They are Jimmie Thompson, Alexandria, who replaces L. Richard Fleming, Shreveport, whose term ran concurrently with that of former Governor Jimmie H. Davis, and H. Clay Wright, mayor of Evergreen, who replaces James J. Frey, Lafayette, who recently resigned. Both new members were appointed by Governor John J. McKeithen.
