Jack Donaldson, a New Orleans attorney with wide experience in juvenile court work, has announced his candidacy for judge of the court in the July 28 primary election. He also ran for the judgeship in 1960 but was defeated. In announcing his candidacy in the current election, he gave the following reasons for seeking the post: "In the last election for judge of the juvenile court I offered myself as a candidate because I believed that I possessed the particular qualifications and experience which a juvenile court judge must have."
