New Orleans - Ground-Breaking ceremony was conducted Tuesday for the Regency Park Townhouse project being developed at Downman and Morrison Rds. by Lake Forest Inc. Mayor Victor H. Schiro was at the controls of the pile driver Tuesday as ground breaking ceremonies were conducted. The new complex consisting of 350 Townhouse units will feature a private swim club and Olympic size swimming pool with clubhouse, a nine hole golf course, subsurface wiring and park-like malls for the children.
