Miami Beach Florida, March 20- Special-In a tropical setting of white oleanders and scarlet hibiscus, about St. Stephen's church, Coconut Grove, Miss Peggy Sawyer Falk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence R. Falk, Milwaukee, was married at noon today to Clarence H. Rasmussen. The Reverend Soper, rector of the church performed the ceremony.
The wedding was a quiet and simple one, only immediate relatives of the bride being present. The bride entered the church on the arm of her fiancé and was met at the chancel by Father Soper, who read the ring ceremony.
